At hernest we understand the challenge of finding sleepwear and loungewear that is uncompromising on comfort and style. We also know the apparel industry is a big contributor to our environmental crisis and social injustice. We want to do things differently and influence change in our industry by changing the world through our business practices

Hernest founder Cassandra Osborn sets the foundation for a sleep and loungewear brand rooted in sustainability focused on ethical and transparent manufacturing, using considered fibers and an innovative approach to modern sleepwear.

hernest project deepens its commitment to sustainability by investing in offset projects to reduce the impact of unavoidable emissions. Furthermore, a sustainable roadmap to 2030 is created with the goal of being carbon positive by 2030.

Carbon Neutral
We already use eco-friendly fabrics and employ sustainable manufacturing practices to significantly reduce our CO2 emissions. But it’ll take some time to reduce our emissions all the way to net-zero, there are still emissions that are unavoidable. This is where carbon offsets come in.
We buy carbon offset credits from these projects that are equal to our unavoidable emissions. This provides crucial funding for these projects to continue to thrive while making all our products carbon neutral from ‘seed to shelf’.
