Return Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with your hernest order. If for whatever reason your purchase does not work out, we will gladly provide online store credit or a full refund for full priced items within 30 days of original purchase.

Items purchased with a discount code (Other than the WELCOME discount) are eligible for a gift card refund, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.  Please contact us if you want some clarification.  

Warehouse Sales, Items Discounted >25%  are non-returnable and no refund or exchanges can be extended. You can always sell your items on our RE-Sale site called RE-Nest. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please be mindful of animal hairs, smells and dust. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags (if applicable). You MUST use the garment protector for the return  to be valid. 

Our return process is easy you simply need to submit a request via our return portal. 

Within Canada:

We offer a free return policy on your first order (this does not extend to warehouse sale items, sale items or items purchased with a discount code other than WELCOME code), and will send you a return label (at no extra cost).  For subsequent orders, you can obtain a trackable return label from us (Canada Post) for $20 or use your own.

Within USA

For US returns, we cannot provide a return label, but we DO ACCEPT returns  (you must pay the shipping).

EU, Australia and NZ

At this time we cannot accept returns shipped outside of Canada or the USA. 


  1. Within Canada and the USA postal delays are upward of two weeks to certain areas during the holiday season. We have extended our return policy to take into account the delays. Rest assured we will honour any returns that fall outside our 30 days return window due to postal delays. 
  2. To Europe, Australia  and NZ regular post is taking from 15-65 days.

  • final sale items
  • items sold outside Canada and the USA - please send us an email as we can clarify your options on a case by case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your store credit or refund will be processed as soon as possible - usually within 24-48 hours of receipt. We can only credit the original form of payment. 

Some banks take up to 5 days to process returns. If more than 5 days have elapsed and you still don't see your return, please contact us at


If you ordered the wrong size, please start a return process and use the notes to request an exchange. We will issue you a store credit which you can use to purchase the correct size.
