We want to ensure you are happy with your hernest order. If for whatever reason your purchase does not work out, we will gladly provide online store credit or a full refund for full priced items within 45 days of original purchase.

For discounted items purchased with a code, we will issue a store credit. Final Sale items and briefs are non-returnable and no refund or exchanges can be extended. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags.

Our return process is easy you simply need to submit a request via our return portal.

Within Canada:

We offer a free return policy on your first order, and will send you a return label (at no extra cost). For subsequent return orders you can obtain a trackable return label from us (Canada Post) for $14 or use your own.

Within USA

For US returns, we cannot provide a return label, but we DO ACCEPT returns  (you must pay the shipping).

EU, Australia and NZ

At this time we cannot accept returns shipped outside of Canada or the USA. 

COVID-19 DELAYS:

  1. Within Canada and the USA postal delays are upward of two weeks to certain areas. We have extended our return policy to take into account the delays. Rest assured we will honour any returns that fall outside our 45 days return window due to postal delays. 
  2. To Europe, Australia  and NZ regular post is taking from 15-65 days.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your store credit or refund will be processed as soon as possible - usually within 24-48 hours of receipt. We can only credit the original form of payment. 

Some banks take up to 5 days to process returns. If more than 5 days have elapsed and you still don't see your return, please contact us at

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please start a return process and use the notes to request an exchange. We will issue you a store credit which you can use to purchase the correct size.
