We accept returns from Canada and USA. Our return policy lasts 15 days from original ship date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags.

Returns from the US require the customer to pay for the return and be reimbursed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The best way to ensure your purchase is automatically recorded is to create an account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Some banks take up to 5 days to process returns. If more than 5 days have elapsed and you still don't see your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
