We have EXTENDED our return window until January 4th. Just reach out to us before then to start the return process for any items bought in December as gifts.
We offer a free return policy on your first order, and will send you a return label. Briefs are EXCLUDED from our return policy. Our return policy lasts 15 days from original ship date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags.

For US returns, we cannot provide a return label, but we DO ACCEPT returns (you must pay the shipping) and will gladly send you an exchange as well. EU, Australia and NZ
At this time we cannot accept returns shipped outside of Canada or the USA.
- Within Canada and the USA postal delays are upward of two weeks to certain areas. Rest assured we will honour any returns that fall outside our 15 days return window due to postal delays.
- To Europe, Australia and NZ regular post is taking from 15-65 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.

Some banks take up to 5 days to process returns. If more than 5 days have elapsed and you still don't see your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
