Shipping Policy

 

We are a Canadian company. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. 

We ship to: 

1. Canada
2. USA, Duties and Shipping are calculated at check-out. 
3. Europe, NZ, and Australia - duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Canadian Customers:

• FREE on Orders > $225 to Canada
• $18 on Orders  <  $225  to Canada

USA Customers 

• Shipping and Duties Calculated at Checkout. 

 EU, Australia, and NZ Customers 

• $35 International Shipping WITHOUT tracking to Europe, NZ, and Australia (current shipping times to EU, NZ and Australia are 20-65 days). 
• $65  International Shipping with tracking to Europe, NZ and Australia. 

PROCESSING TIME

Properly placed orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday.  In busier times, it can take up to 4 business days to process an order, but we will communicate any delays.
