Shipping Policy

 

We are a Canadian company that ships out of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. 

We ship to: 

1. Canada
2. USA  (at present, we will keep our customers informed of the tariff situation as it unfolds).
3. Europe, NZ and Australia - duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

 Canadian & US Customers:

• FREE on Orders > $225 to Canada & USA
• $18 on Orders  <  $225  to Canada & USA

 EU, Australia, and NZ Customers 

• $35 International Shipping WITHOUT tracking to Europe, NZ and Australia (current shipping times to EU, NZ and Australia is 20-65 days). 
• $65  International Shipping with tracking to Europe, NZ and Australia. 

PROCESSING TIME

Properly placed orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. In busier times it can take up to 4 days to process an order, but we will communicate any delays.
