Can I exchange or return items from the Mystery Box if they don’t fit or I don’t love them?

Mystery Boxes are final sale due to the deeply discounted pricing. However, if you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to send us your measurements—we’re happy to help ensure the best fit! We stand behind the quality of every piece and carefully curate each box to bring you comfort and style you’ll love.

How do you choose what goes into the Mystery Box? Will I receive seasonal or past-season items?

Each box is thoughtfully packed with a mix of TOPS AND BOTTOMS from various seasons, and limited styles with just a few sizes left.

When will my Mystery Box ship?

We'll start shipping as soon as your order is placed. The boxes are already packed, so we'll be pretty quick.

Do you ship Mystery Boxes to the USA?

Unfortunately not. Due to custom requirements, we cannot provide sufficient information to comply. I'm so sorry.

I wear different sizes across Hernest Styles, what should I do?

Different sizes from top to bottom, opt for the bigger size.

I want to buy a Mystery Box and other Items on the site, can I put them all on one order?

Yes! The Mystery Box has a $15 shipping fee embedded in the cost (and ships separately from our regular warehouse), but it will go towards your free shipping threshold.

CLEAR OUT SALE Information

Why are you doing a CLEAR OUT sale?

For six years, I’ve poured everything into this brand. But I’ve learned something along the way. You can’t build a sustainable business if it’s not also a sustainable life.

We’ve had success with recent sales, but it’s not enough. Building a brand in a storm takes everything out of you. Packing boxes through postal strikes. Navigating tariffs, delays, uncertainty, and wars. It’s left us quite literally hanging by a thread. But maybe that’s fitting for a clothing brand.

So this quarter, I’m leaning all the way in. We’re clearing it all out. This isn’t like our past sales. It’s not an end-of-season or a warehouse event. It’s a moment of truth. Everything is going. Every piece we have left, from our bestsellers to the last few of your favorites. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

Can I Return My Items?

Sale Items are FINAL Sale. We stand behind all our products, and any warranty issues will be honoured.

When Will You Ship My Order?

Orders are processed as they are received. We expect the volume to be higher than usual, so please be patient with us.

Can I make a Change to my Order?

If you want to make any changes to orders, please email us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, making changes is not an issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Not during the Clear Out. We will do our best to accommodate, so email us quickly, and we may be able to help. However, once an order is placed, it is sent for processing through our warehouse. We can only cancel an order if it's caught in time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do you offer personal fit advice?

Personal virtual consulting is our jam! We would love to help you personally.

We've been fitting our clothes on people for the past 5 years and we're pretty good at recommending the right sizes per style based on your preferences. You just have to send us a note through the chat, contact or email, and we'll get back you asap. We'll even reserve items for you if you're worried about us selling out before we have a chance to speak.

I am US Customer, will I pay tariffs?

Yes, your duties and shipping WILL be calculated and paid at checkout.

Shipping

Do you ship to the USA?

We ship to the USA using a prepaid duties and shipping system. The duties/ taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout. DHL is the ONLY carrier we can use at this time. Please note that packages sometimes sit at customs for up to 14 days. This is out of our control and not subject to refund.

What you need to know about the Canada Post Strike?

  • ,We have removed Canada Post from our shipping options where possible.
  • When your shipment is booked, you'll get a link from our Partner Wizmo. This link will be updated as it is scanned by the carrier. Please be patient; it can take up to 48 hours to get tracking information.
  • If Canada Post is the ONLY option in your town we will opt for Canada Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 5-14 days. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, NZ, and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse and shipping partner is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Can I use Canada Post FlexDelivery?

Normally Yes, you can! BUT with Canada Post strike All flex addresses orders will be put on hold, we will contact you for an updated address.

I can't find the tracking on my order?

We update the tracking as soon as orders are shipped and you will get an email. Sometimes those emails get into the junk folder. If you're unable to find the information, please reach out to us, we'll track it down for you?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

During our Clear Out, we are NOT accepting any returns. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Can I return discounted items?

We are transparent about what items can and cannot be returned when we offer discounts.

  • Any items discounted 15% - 30% can only be returned for a STORE CREDIT.
  • Items discounted > 30% are FINAL SALE.

Can I return a Mystery Box?

Unfortunately no. Mystery Boxes are FINAL sale due to the discount on the items.

How much does it cost to return an item?

The return label we provide you costs $20. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You can also ship at your own expense, provided you give us the tracking details.

Supply Chain

Where are your products made?

Currently we make the majority of our products in Portugal and our accessories in Canada (with scrap fabric). We share our exact partners on our "Supply Chain" heading on our website. You can find out about all of our partners, who they are, where they are located, and how far back we trace our supply chain.

How do you ensure workers are fairly paid?

We work with a select few partners in locations with well regulated and developed worker rights. We also visit our Tier 1 and some Tier 2 suppliers yearly. We work with like minded businesses who have obtained internationally recognized certifications for their standards. We also have a supplier code of conduct which we share with our suppliers. We also recognize that it is not yet possible to ensure every humane that comes in contact with our fibers is fairly paid, but we're working toward complete transparency and traceability. In the meantime we choose fibers and processes that ensure traceability and have built in labor standards like GOTS, Org. Cotton and TENCEL™
