Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We do our best to accomodate, and most times we can make changes, unless an order has already shipped out. Please contact us as soon as you notice an error or want to make a change!

Why is my Welcome Code not working?

Your welcome will work on your first purchase only. If you believe there's an error please reach out to us and we'll look into it ASAP.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

When is the Shipping Cut-Off for Christmas Delivery?

What you need to know about the Canada Post Strike?

  • We have removed Canada Post from our shipping options.
  • When your shipment is booked you'll get a link from our Partner Wizmo. This link will be updated as it is scanned by the carrier. Please be patient, it can take up to 24 hours.
  • If Canada Post is the ONLY option in your town or your only have a PO Box, please reach out to us so we can find an alternate solution for you.
  • We won't be using Canada Post until they are back up and running to full capacity and have cleared their backlog.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, NZ and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Where do you ship from

Our logistics partner is located in Mississauga Ontario.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is available on all Canada and US orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on destinations (estimated at checkout).

Can I use Canada Post FlexDelivery?

Normally Yes, you can! BUT with Canada Post strike All flex addresses orders will be put on hold, we will contact you for an updated address.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Do you offer FREE returns?

Your first return is free of charge. Any subsequent returns are charged a shipping fee of $20 (you can also buy your own label). If the original order no longer meets the free shipping threshold we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund. US and International customers must purchase their own labels to return product.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days from when we receive the item(s).

I need help with sizing?

Are your products vegan?

We do not use any animal products or by-products in our fabric or dyes. We have also confirmed that our production facility does not use any animal by-products in their machinery. If you have a question about a specific process please let us know we'd be happy to answer in.

What if it doesn't fit

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.  If you're in Canada and it is your first order, your first return is on us. Visit our online portal to start the return process.

Where is your product made?

Great question, we're so glad you're taking the time to find this out. We produce all our garments in Portugal and all our accessories in Canada. We share all the information about our partnerships and our suppliers under the about us section of our website. The link to our supplier page is here.

Where are your products made?

Currently we make the majority of our products in Portugal and our accessories in Canada (with crap fabric). We share our exact partners on our "Supply Chain" heading on our website. You can find out about all of our partners, who they are, where they are located and how far back we trace our supply chain.

How do you ensure workers are fairly paid?

We work with a select few partners in locations with well regulated and developed worker rights. We also visit our Tier 1 and some Tier 2 suppliers yearly. We work with like minded businesses who have obtained internationally recognized certifications for their standards. We also have a supplier code of conduct which we share with our suppliers. We also recognize that it is not yet possible to ensure every humane that comes in contact with our fibers is fairly paid, but we're working toward complete transparency and traceability. In the meantime we choose fibers and processes that ensure traceability and have built in labor standards like GOTS, Org. Cotton and TENCEL™

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS

What is The ARCHIVE SALE?

Unfortunately our Archive Sale is now over. This was the place to buy sold out favorites. In April and May 2024 we moved from one warehouse to another and in doing so, found some styles that we thought were sold out. In order to find a great home for these, we're running an archive sale from Oct 5-14th.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is $10 for ARCHIVE SALE orders to CANADA and USA. Shipping will be FREE for orders >$300 CAD. International Shipping is $40 CAD on all orders.

Where do ARCHIVE SALE items ship from?

These items are shipping from SOUTHERN ONTARIO.

When will these items ship?

Orders will be processed on the basis of when they are received and will depend on volume. You should expect your item to ship within 4-5 days.

Can I buy styles from the ARCHIVE SALE and REGULAR SITE together?

You can put items on the same order, BUT they will ship from different locations, and be subjact to the shipping rules of each location.

Therefore you may be charged 2 different shipping amounts.

  • ARCHIVE order shipping fee is $10 and the FREE SHIPPING threshold is $300 CAD.
  • REGULAR Store SHIPPING is $18 and the FREE SHIPPING threshold is $200 CAD

WHY WE DO THIS: The styles are not all in one location, and it is impossible to ship them together. I appreciate that this is very inconvenient, but we appreciate your understanding.

Will my WELCOME CODE work on Archive Sale Items?

Your welcome code is not valid on Archive Sale styles.
