Lucille Midweight Crewneck Sweatshirt

I have truly lost count of how many Lucille’s I have, but they get so much wear, I need lots of options! They stay in such good shape and are such good quality that they are worth the investment. This most recent purchase was the classic black and I am thrilled to have such a luxe black basic to wear as a beautiful top or layering piece for warmth.

So soft and comfortable

My Chocolate brown Lucille crew sweater surpassed my expectations! It is perfect to dress up or down.

This was my first purchase from Hernest Project. I bought the black sweater in an XXL. The quality of the sweater is fantastic as well as the shape. My only complaint is the thickness of the fabric. I would say this was lightweight and not mid weight. It feels more like a long sleeved tee shirt than a sweater and it’s leaving me a bit cold this winter season.

I am not a sweatshirt girl, but I have two of these : one for each of my Edith joggers! I feel very put together when I wear the set.
The Lucille doesn't don't pull or bind anywhere, she works great for layering and washes beautifully!
Somehow these tops are still the same colour as the joggers despite the fact I wash the joggers at least five times more often. Love!

It is hands down my favourite go to top.......I can wear it camping, to sleep, to run errands, and even to work ( a little French tuck in dark denim straight leg jeans dresses it right up). Such soft fabric that never pulls and drapes beautifully!!!!

Very happy! The top is true to size, soft, light, comfortable, and a beautiful color. I wore it right out of the bag and then right out of the wash. It’s my new fav.

This is #5 in the collection and I am obsessed with this blue - rich and flattering, with the amazing fabric and style I am used to. Fits true to size.

This is an amazing top. I love it so much that i now own it in many colors. It’s so comfortable, very stylish and really the best for traveling ! I would absolutely recommend having at least one of this very versatile crewneck !

OK, so I hummed and hawwed on buying this for a year. So many times I had it in my cart, but I just couldn’t bite the bullet because it is pricey for a fairly plain top however I finally bought it on Black Friday using some birthday money and let me tell you, it is worth it. I have not taken it off. Yes, it’s pricey and yes it is pretty plain but once it is on it becomes the perfect top. It’s slimming and flattering. It drapes beautifully and it makes you look put together even if you are paring it with joggers. I have worn it with jeans, joggers and dress pants and it is perfection. I would buy another but my size is all sold out. For reference I debated between the S and M and after some advice from Cass, and looking at the models I opted for a S and it’s perfect. I’m 5”6. 145lb, 32DD, 29” lower waist.

i love the lucille crew so much i now have it in 3 different colours. they've made the arms a little longer & now the thumbholes work perfectly on my longer arms. the fabric is divine, it hangs great, so soft & cozy. great for layering or on it's own. sized a little large... i often by medium tops but the small lucille is perfectly roomy for me. i'm 5'5" + 120 lbs. highly recommended!

Not sure why I waited so long to purchase one of these! The “midweight” name is perfect, it’s just the right amount of extra comfort when you want a little more than a long sleeve but dont the overheating of a full on sweater

This is my second Lucille sweatshirt and I love it. Got the first one as a gift and didn’t hesitate to get it in another color! The fabric is so soft and the fit is perfect!!

Amazing. Seriously. The feel and fit of this crew is incredible, and thanks to the quick responses of Cass and the model sizing available on-line, my pre-ordered crew was the perfect fit. I plan to live in this top at work, at home, outdoors. I ordered the blue, which is beautiful, and in my opinion a bit darker than pictured here. I am 5'5" tall and 37/29/37 (bust/waist/hip), athletic build and the Small is pure perfection. I am working hard to only buy what I need, but the Vert is next in line.

I pre-ordered two of these tops from the latest batch. Mostly, they were great! As always, the quality was exceptional and the tailoring was impeccable!! I did find they fit more "oversized" than I was expecting. I'm 5'6", 32-27-35 and ordered XS, but I think XXS would be closer to the fit I was anticipating. The material was a bit thinner than I thought as well - for some reason I was expecting the weight of a French terry, but it is more of a jersey weight. I was also hoping the lilac colour would be a bit more muted, and I didn't end up liking it as much in person, but the insignia blue was so gorgeous! I decided to return the lilac one. I will be sizing down and ordering the blush pink from the sale section to replace the lilac, but I kept the roomy blue one for layering. Can't wait to wear these soft, silky tops when the weather cools off a bit more.

This is one of my top favourites from Hernest. I own this one in 3 colours (blush, insignia, sage) and I LOVE each one. The ideal, all-season piece and it can be elevated to pair with skirts and dresses, or worn more casually with workout wear, and in the middle, with jeans. This is the ultimate travel piece because it rolls easily into a carry-on, and doesn’t wrinkle easily. Plus the colours are flattering and fun. A very stylish and feel-good piece.

LOVE this sweatshirt. It's like my new best friend. I received this 4 days ago & have hardly taken it off! SO soft, totally breathable, warm but not hot. I got the black & i can slouch about in it or wear it with something nice & it looks dressy. I usually wear small on top & so bought a small. It's pretty roomy, which i like. If you want one more fitted, i'd recommend sizing down. Highly recommended.

I am a huge hernest fan and this top did not disappoint. It’s so soft and the perfect weight for the in-between seasons. I wear it constantly.

I love my crewneck top. The fit is great, the fabric is extremely soft and the look is very versatile: from meditation, to work, to playdates with my kids. Highly recommend it!

This sweater is so well made. The fit is great and stays great after washing it - the same goes for the colour and the super soft feeling. When it’s dark in my room and I reach for a sweater to put on, i know right away that I’ve found my Lucille sweater - the cool, soft and smooth feel is like no other.

I am in love with the feel and blush colour of this sweater. I originally bought a S but it felt frumpy, I easily exchanged it for an XS and it is perfect! Thank you Cass for personally responding to help me decide on the right size. Get yourself one. You deserve it! :)

Love!!!! Sized down for perfect fit! So, so lovely and soft! Started with 2 and ended up getting 3 colours I loved it so much :)

This is my favourite Hernest item. I have trouble finding long sleeve shirts that are flattering on my round shoulders, but this one is perfect. I wear it more like a shirt than a sweatshirt. I'm 5'2, 115lbs and the XS is a relaxed fit, while the XXS is more fitted. I like both.

The Lucille crewneck is so soft and comfy. It’s great as an everyday shirt. I live the sage colour!

I have Insignia Blue and Grey and just added the Blush to my collection! Blush is a beautiful colour and it's my favourite so far! My blue and grey still look brand new and I've worn them a lot! I love the feel, fabric, comfort, colour and fit, basically everything about them! When it was really cold during the winter, I wore my hernest tank, longsleeve and sweatshirt to bed and had an unreal sleep! I call it my trifecta sleep!

I bought this shirt to go with their joggers and shorts and I love it! It looks so cute and is so comfy. I normally wear a medium but I like sleeping in baggier clothing so I got a Large and it is perfect. Not too oversized and just comfy enough. It is super soft and not too warm as I normally don’t wear long sleeves to bed but it is still good for the winter. Over all I love this product and would 100% recommend it.
