Fit & Sizing

The Tobeme Sleep and Lounge Short,   is a regular fit mid-to-high-waisted short meant to drape nicely without feeling tight anywhere.

We suggest you size up if you are unsure of sizing. Most of our customers choose a size up from their regular size when unsure. We are also VERY happy to give you personal advice.

Our waistbands are soft and our waistband openings have a good amount of stretch.

Cute shorts

Got these in grey to match a couple of the Hernest sleep shirts I have! Very comfy and cozy. Lovely fabric per usual. I opted to size down, but now that I’ve washed and worn them, I wish I had sized up. I’m always between XS and S - went for the XS in these, but would probably get S if I bought another pair! 32-27-36. Either way, highly recommend.

Soft & cozy

I bought the Tobeme sleep and lounge shorts in Digital Lilac for my mom to go with her button up sleep shirt. She has a hernia and these shorts are a great fit and so soft that they don't bother it at all. She is in her 80's and quite particular about what she likes - she loves this set :)

Great Sleepwear Refresh!

I originally purchased the Tobeme sleep and lounge short back in 2021. So they are *well* worn now. I bought this pair in both the Heather grey and cornet blue in size Medium. I am 5’4”, 148 lb. I based my size off of these measurements:
* Natural waist: 33”
* Low waist: 37”
* Hips: 37.5”
* Butt: 40”
And they fit great! Definitely relaxed which I prefer for sleep. This fabric is thicker than the original, and slightly less buttery soft, but still a great choice.

Very comfy!

Very comfy. While I wear a small in the midweight slim jogger Cass suggested based on my measurements to go up to a medium for these, and I did, and she was right. Great fit!

Ultimate Comfort: Perfect Lounge and Sleepwear!

This summer, I got the lounge and sleepwear set in heather black (top and shorts), and it's fantastic! The material is super comfortable and breathable, making it perfect for both sleeping and lounging at home. The fit is just right, and I love that I don't feel the need to change out of my pajamas when I get up. Plus, they'll be my travel companions to the warm Southern European countries. It's stylish enough for lounging around the house all day. Highly recommend this set!

Personally if I didnt buy this set on sale I would return it….didnt fit me well….materiel is ok but nothing special
Short fit is ok but shirt fit is odd: way to big on top but not at the bottom …so if you have curve dont buy …

Thanks for the feedback Anne-Michele. I'm glad the shorts are a good fit and I've sent you an email to do an exchange or return on the top. I'm always here to offer personalized fittings. I can point you to the best size, or be honest when I don't believe something will work. I'll even recommend other brands.

As for the fabric being nothing special, I am really bummed this one didn't meet your expectations. This is our RESET fabric which is made with 87% recycled natural fibers and 13% Tencel. This is special. You won't find this anywhere else, it's a major step forward in conscious resource use in fabrics, and we've managed to get a hand feel that is super soft, souple, and a finish that is colorfast. The fabric remains soft and souple washes after wash. Most recycled fabrics are rough and/or plastic-based. Actually, most virgin fiber fabrics don't even perform this well. I do agree that if you were to compare it to a modal or ecovera and elastane blend, (which is what many other sleep brands are using), this one might not feel as soft, but the devil is in the details. Lower environmental impact and better performance over time.

Love this lounge set

Very comfortable and cozy! My only complaint is I wish the draw string was longer... When pulling over my hips it is sometimes goes into the waistband and I am needing to "fish" out.

I absolutely love the new version of the Tobeme shorts. The fabric is so soft and comfortable, I don’t want to take them off when I get up!

High quality, great fit!

The RESET shorts and the Gisele top are great to wear and sleep in. The shorts have great details in the pockets and waist, they are smooth, light on the skin, and have a great fit! I am usually size M, but in this case the S felt fine and comfortable . Another high quality nice-looking garment from Hernest. I’ll probably order a new color of the same!

Perfect shorts for summer

I got my daughter these shorts in blue and we’re in love with the colour and the super soft feeling. She’s a size S in the hips but an XS in the waist, so the elastic waistband plus drawstring is amazing to adjust the fit. It washes really well and keeps its softness.
