People

Clothing is like a chosen companion for us each day. Wherever we go, they go with us. They help us feel our best and look our best while we get things done. We're making sure that at every stage of their journey, our clothes and the people making them are treated with respect, and in turn, respect the world around them.

We rely on the highest Globally recognized and well-developed standards of certifications to assess our supplier's commitment to the fair treatment of people. We also sourced from Tier 1 & 2 suppliers where Government regulation plays an active and audited role in workers' rights. In 2021 we developed our supplier code of conduct and use it to ensure our partnerships align with our human rights goals.

The majority of impacts in apparel happen throughout the supply chain rather than from direct operations. A common concern in the apparel supply chain includes ensuring workers earn a living wage and that their basic human rights are respected. Traceability allows us to understand where our products are made and the impacts at every level of the supply chain. Supply chains can be complex to map as suppliers may not be forthcoming in sharing information they feel is proprietary.

We are committed to mapping our supply chain and transparently monitoring and improving their sustainability. To understand our supply chain, it's important to understand the different levels:

Tier 1. Finished goods assemblers
Tier 2. Dyers, printers, weavers, finishers, knitters
Tier 3. Fibers, spinners
Tier 4. Raw materials suppliers

Tier 1 suppliers
